Welcome to DLDS Architecture & Planning
History
Founded in 2002 by David Lambert, DLDS is built on over forty years of experience within the Construction Industry. David’s portfolio spans a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including new‑build homes, extensions, refurbishment works, and office developments.
From our base in East Anglia, on the Suffolk–Essex border, we deliver projects throughout Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire, as well as undertaking work in London.

Technology
All drawings at DLDS are produced using TurboCAD, a professional drafting platform compatible with AutoCAD. This ensures accuracy, clarity, and high‑quality visualisation - key elements in delivering well‑coordinated and efficient construction projects.
To make the design process more flexible, we also offer online meetings through Zoom and Microsoft Teams, helping reduce the need for in‑person appointments.
Teamwork
DLDS works with many local professional practices engaged in Structural Engineering and Energy Assessment in order to achieve compliance with the demands of today's Building Regulations.
